Sellers United is a conference brand owned and operated by AMZ United LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to sellersunited.com, any other website or page we operate that links to this Policy, our marketing email program, and our in-person events.
We collect identifiers (name, email, phone, company, role, Eventbrite order ID), commercial information (tickets purchased, refunds, sponsor and affiliate payouts), internet activity (pages visited, referring source, device, browser, approximate location) via cookies and similar technologies, inferences (audience segment, engagement score, ticket-buyer status), and audio/video/photographs at our in-person events under our Attendee Terms and Photo Release.
We collect sensitive personal information only if you affirmatively submit it (for example, accessibility or dietary requests through a contact form).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us through the contact form at sellersunited.com/contact-us and we will delete it.
We use your information to deliver the services you request: confirm and service ticket purchases, run the event, communicate with sponsors, speakers, and affiliates. We also send transactional emails (order confirmations, event logistics) and, if you opt in, marketing emails about future events and content. We use the data to measure and improve our website and marketing (analytics, advertising attribution), to protect our business and our users from fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access, and to comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
Legal bases (for visitors covered by GDPR or similar): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the categories of recipients below, and only for the purposes stated: Eventbrite (ticket sales platform of record), Brevo / Sendinblue (marketing and transactional email), Google (Workspace, Cloud, Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta Platforms (Pixel and Conversions API with hashed signals server-side), Heap and Ahrefs (analytics and SEO), LinkedIn Insight Tag, our cookie consent manager (consent management), SignWell (electronic signature for agreements), Webflow (website hosting and form submissions), Cloudflare (CDN proxy and Turnstile anti-bot), sponsors and exhibitors at our events if you allow your badge to be scanned, professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, brokers under confidentiality), government and law enforcement when required by law, and buyers in a business transaction if we sell or transfer the business (you will be notified).
A complete sub-processor list is available on request through the contact form at sellersunited.com/contact-us.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, measure usage, and (if you opt in) personalize marketing. We surface a cookie consent banner on first visit so you can accept or refuse categories of cookies. See our Cookie Policy at sellersunited.com/cookie-policy for the categories used and how to manage your preferences. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising under applicable state law.

Contact form submissions: up to twenty-four months from last contact. Sponsor, speaker, and affiliate agreements: term of the agreement plus seven years. Event recordings and photographs: indefinitely, as part of our marketing archive and the Session Recordings products. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal information (confirm whether we process it and obtain a copy), correct inaccurate information, request deletion subject to legal exceptions, receive a copy in a structured commonly used format (portability), opt out of targeted advertising and "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell your data; you can opt out of any technical "sharing" via the cookie banner or by submitting a Global Privacy Control signal), opt out of profiling for significant decisions (we do not use your data for such automated decisions), withdraw consent for sensitive data, opt out of marketing via any email unsubscribe link, and appeal a denial of a request (we respond within sixty days). California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and Texas (TDPSA) residents have these rights to the extent provided by their respective laws. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we will ask for proof of authorization and may verify the request with you directly. To exercise any right, contact us through the contact form at sellersunited.com/contact-us with enough information to verify your identity and your request. We respond within forty-five days, with one extension when reasonably necessary. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users and applicable regulators of a security incident as required by law.
We are based in the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
Our website and emails may link to third-party sites (Eventbrite checkout pages, sponsor websites, speaker websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
We will update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged in advance through our website or marketing email.
