Refund and Transfer Policy

Effective: June 3, 2026.
Operator: AMZ United LLC d/b/a Sellers United, 5900 Balcones Drive #8462, Austin, TX 78731.

This Policy covers refunds and transfers for tickets to the Sellers United 2026 conference on August 4 to 5, 2026 at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Atlantic City, NJ ("Event"). Sponsorship, exhibitor, vendor, and speaker arrangements are governed by their signed agreements and the rules in Section 5 below.

1. All ticket sales are final

All ticket purchases are final. Because of the venue, catering, staffing, and production commitments we make far in advance, we do not offer refunds for any reason. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge under Section 2 below.

2. Transfers and name changes

You may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge if you submit the transfer request through the contact form at least seven (7) days before the Event, with the original attendee name and order ID, the new attendee's full name and email, and the new attendee's acknowledgment of the Attendee Terms. After that deadline, transfers are at our sole discretion and may not be possible due to badge production. Resale outside this transfer process is prohibited and may void the ticket.

3. Event cancellation, postponement, or relocation by us

If we cancel the Event for any reason other than force majeure, we will offer a full refund or a credit toward a future Sellers United event, at your choice. If we postpone or relocate the Event, your ticket carries over to the rescheduled or relocated Event; you may instead request a refund of the ticket price within thirty (30) days of our published notice. We are not responsible for your travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses.

4. Force majeure

If the Event is postponed, relocated, or cancelled due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, public health emergency, government order, terrorism, war, venue failure, labor action, utility failure, or similar), we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event within twelve (12) months. Your ticket carries over to the rescheduled Event. We are not liable for any travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the original Event date.

5. Sponsorship, exhibitor, vendor, speaker

Sponsor, exhibitor, vendor, and speaker arrangements are non-refundable under the signed agreements. Sponsor or exhibitor cancellations within three (3) months of the Event remain owed in full as liquidated damages. Speakers who withdraw after July 20, 2026 are not entitled to refund, credit, or replacement appearance. See the Sponsor and Exhibitor Agreement and the Speaker Agreement for full terms.

6. Affiliate codes and discounts

Affiliate codes and other promotional discounts apply at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Use of a code does not change the no-refund policy above.

7. Chargebacks

Tickets are non-refundable. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us first using the form below. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us, we may suppress your account from further Sellers United services and may report the chargeback to Eventbrite.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the most recent change. This Policy, including the no-refund terms in Section 1, applies to all tickets for the Event.
