Last updated: March 20, 2026. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to Sellers United conference tickets and event registrations. By purchasing a ticket or registering for our events, you agree to the terms described below.
Refund requests for conference tickets must be submitted in writing to info@sellersunited.com. Full refunds are available if requested more than 60 days before the event date. Requests made between 30 and 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for requests made less than 30 days before the event. All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
All sponsorship and exhibitor fees are governed exclusively by your signed Sellers United Vendor Agreement. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of the event date will result in the full 100% of contracted fees being owed as liquidated damages, regardless of how much has been paid. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure and rescheduled within 12 months, your agreement remains in effect — no refund is issued. SU may terminate your agreement for cause at any time without refund. Contact info@sellersunited.com with questions or refer to your signed agreement for complete terms.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge. Ticket transfer requests must be submitted to info@sellersunited.com at least 7 days before the event date. Please include the original registrant's name, email, and the new attendee's full name and email address.
In the unlikely event that Sellers United cancels or postpones the conference, registered attendees will be offered the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future event. Sellers United is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
Sellers United shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events. In such cases, Sellers United will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide credits for future events.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
